  1. Understanding and analyzing the manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
  2. Posting the job on the job portals, websites and other.
  3. Using Online Database (Job Portals – Naukri, Monster) & Offline Database.
  4. Shortlist resumes against various requirements, checking them on their suitability for skill set, salary range, location, Stability through various sources.
  5. Screening resumes, conducting interviews and short listing candidates for further Interview Process.
  6. Follow-up with candidates for Post Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations etc till joining.
  7. Using sourcing strategies like, Direct Sourcing, Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
  8. Recruitment, Joining Formalities and settlement process & Induction/Training and Development, Exit interviews.
