- Shortlist resumes against various requirements, checking them on their suitability for skill set, salary range, location, Stability through various sources.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews and short listing candidates for further Interview Process.
- Follow-up with candidates for Post Employment Reference Checks, Notice Period Negotiations etc till joining.
- Using sourcing strategies like, Direct Sourcing, Mass Mailing so as to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates.
