- Phone Banking is a low cost, Direct banking Channel of Bank providing uniform and consistently high standards of service delivery across the units.
- The scope of the channel covers servicing of all Retail Liability, Credit Cards, Assets (EMI based loans) & Demat, Mutual Funds and Hot listing desk customers and cross-selling of all Asset products, TPP products, Card products, and Fixed Deposits
- Handling of inbound calls received from customers inquiring on their account, Credit Card, product or process related information.
- Strive to consistently meet Customer Satisfaction Parameters and meet the defined service standards. Meet productivity standards .
- Revenue generation through cross selling of the Banks products identified for cross-sell.
- Graduate in any stream from a recognized University
- Good Communications skills with Fluency in English
