- Familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now and BMC Remedy.
- Performing troubleshooting on assigned ticket and resolve the problems within SLA.
- Excellent knowledge of systems registries, permissions and drivers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic network issues like LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and VPN issues.
