Responsibilities
  • Incident escalation to second level team and follow defined process.
  • Taking remote user machines with help of IM tools like Jabber and resolve the issues.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting of email applications: MS Outlook (2010, 2013 and 2016)
  • Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop Operating System like windows 7 and Windows 10.
  • Windows Service Pack Installation and Security patch updating.
  • Familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now and BMC Remedy.
  • Performing troubleshooting on assigned ticket and resolve the problems within SLA.
  • Excellent knowledge of systems registries, permissions and drivers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic network issues like LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and VPN issues.
  • Providing support to client 24X7.
  • Printer Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows active directory.
